Engagement Session with Liz & Bruce

I met Liz and Bruce a couple of months agoat Panera Bread in Smithfield, RI.  I could immediately tell that they get along great.  Their recent engagement session proved it.

I met them at a piece of property they recently purchased in the Northeast corner of Connecticut.  Right now, it’s twelve acres of woods and farmland.  Soon, their home will be built right in the middle of the main field.  Bruce already has his firewood cut and split and ready for the fireplace!  They’ll be breaking ground very soon, so we met this past weekend to get some pictures on the property before it becomes a construction site.

The other special meaning behind this particular location is that Bruce proposed to Liz on a swing next to the river right on a corner of their property.  And who says guys aren’t romantic!  Fortunately, the swing was still there, so we could use it for photos.

In spite of the cold temperatures, Liz and Bruce toughed it out and we had a lot of fun running through their future living room and walking along their driveway.  And the other good news is that no one fell in the river!

I’m looking forward to celebrating with you both in September!
